How to make grilled lamb kebabs

1. Wash and drain the mutton, and cut into small pieces about 1cm square;

2. Mix onion shreds, cooking wine, salt and cumin powder and marinate for 30 minutes;

3. Soak the bamboo skewers in water to prevent them from getting burnt during grilling;

4. Put the marinated mutton on the bamboo sticks, don't put the meat too tight, leave a little space between them;

5. Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with tin foil and sprinkle with cumin seeds; bake for 20 minutes after preheating the oven.

6. Take it out halfway, turn it over carefully, brush it with a layer of oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7.The delicious skewers are ready! Sprinkle some chili powder to make it even better!
