200g pork tenderloin, 4 eggs, appropriate amounts of MSG, cooking wine, starch, salt, sesame oil, 1 plate of pepper and salt

1. Wash the tenderloin, cut it into 4 cm long and 2 cm wide slices, put it in a clean bowl, add salt, MSG and cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes to make it tasty.

2. Beat the egg whites into a bowl, and use chopsticks to beat in one direction until the chopsticks can stand up (similar to the process of beating eggs in a cake). Then add dry starch and beat in one direction until it becomes an egg batter.
