What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you how to cook this home-cooked dish.

2.212Put taro in a pressure cooker and cook until soft, then take out and peel it.

3. Slice the pork, add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt, stir in one direction, marinate for about 10 minutes, add starch and mix well.

4. Heat the oil in a wok and add the pork slices.

5. Turn over and when the pork changes color, remove from the pan and place on a plate for later use.

6. Add ginger and garlic to the remaining oil and fry until fragrant

7. Add celery, carrots and green peppers and stir fry

8. Add taro

9. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for a while

10. Pour in the pork, stir-fry evenly, and add salt, chicken essence and pepper to season.

11. Because I love coriander, I sprinkled it on the dish before serving. If you don’t like it, don’t add it and serve it directly on a plate.

12. Seeing that there were still some chopped green onions left, I sprinkled some more onions. In fact, the green color of coriander was enough. There were some leftover carrots and celery, so I added them in. That’s why this dish has a little more ingredients.
