How to cook dried shrimp and pickled vegetables with cowpea

To make a good dish is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Just prepare the ingredients and tableware, control the heat, and then follow the steps below for making dried shrimps, pickled vegetables and cowpeas. I believe you can do it.

1. Long beans, pickled vegetables with wine lees, dried shrimps, and minced garlic.

2.1 Blanch in boiling water for five minutes.

3.2 Wash the long beans and cut them into pieces of roughly the same length.

4. Put it in cold boiled water.

5. Pour out the water and add pickled vegetables with lees, dried shrimps, minced garlic, salt, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and white vinegar.

6. Stir well and marinate for ten minutes before serving.
