How to make baked salted chicken

1. Make water in a soup pot.

11. Stuff the chicken with dried skin and some chives into the chicken cavity, then put it into the oven and bake it at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.

12. While the chicken is roasting, prepare some more skin-brushing ingredients with maltose, red wine and water.

13. Take out the chicken after baking for 40 minutes, coat the chicken with maltose water, put it back into the oven, set the oven to 240 degrees, and bake for 5 minutes.

14. Then take it out, put it on a plate, garnish it and serve.
