1. Peel the taro and cut it into 2 cm pieces. Chop the garlic into fine pieces.

2. Add oil to the pan and sauté the minced garlic (you can use more oil), add the taro and stir-fry for a while, pour in the steamed fish soy sauce and stir evenly

3. Mix with five-spice rice flour, add scallions and steam in a steamer for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the taro)
