How to make loquat honey grapefruit tea

10. Pour in the pomelo pulp, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer. The bubbling sound is particularly interesting. Stir with a small spoon during the cooking to prevent sticking to the pot.

11. After about half an hour, the water will be almost evaporated, and then you can see that the grapefruit has changed color. This may be the effect of rock sugar. Then turn off the heat and take the semi-finished product off to cool. Remember, you must cool~cool~cool~cool~

12. After cooling, the grapefruit turns into another color. Why did I say it was still a semi-finished product before? Because the honey has not yet appeared.
