How to make fried meat strips

1. Cut lean meat into strips

2.1 After mixing, marinate for about 30 minutes to let the meat absorb the flavor.

4. Add cooking oil to the pan and heat it to 60% hot, put the marinated meat in, fry it for the first time, mainly fry it until it is cooked, then take it out, heat the oil to 80% hot, and fry it again, mainly fry it until it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

5. Then take it out and drain the oil. You can enjoy it. After frying, sprinkle some cumin powder on it, it will definitely have a barbecue flavor.
