8.2 After adding white sugar (or brown sugar), continue to press the mung bean powder to fully blend the sugar and mung beans. Stir-fry and press the mung bean powder continuously. Add a little more oil after the oil is dry (repeat the action of adding oil about 3 or 4 times).

9. 3. Start wrapping: 1. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil on the mold to make it easier to take out the mooncakes. Next, place a layer of soaked sago on the bottom layer of the mold. (Please keep a bowl of water nearby to prevent the sago from sticking to your hands.)

12.4. After all the molds are ready, put them into the steamer, cover with lid and steam for 30-60 minutes, until the sago becomes transparent.
