Various milk tea methods and recipes

In the milk tea shop, we can taste different types of milk tea. However, many friends are not willing to buy ready-made milk tea because milk tea shops use a lot of additives, and prefer to make it themselves. There are thousands of raw materials for milk tea, and the combination of different materials will produce new tastes. Today we will introduce to you some methods and recipes of milk tea, based on which you can create more types of milk tea.

Banana Milk Tea

Method: Cut the banana into slices about 4mm wide, and put the Uni-President chocolate milk tea and two or three slices of banana per person into the pot to brew.

Notice:

Overboiling can easily cause the flavor to be lost. You can add a little more sugar if you like, then pour cream on it and put in bananas for decoration. The trick to preventing the decorative bananas from sinking immediately into the tea is to cut them into thin slices so that they float.

Warm ginger milk tea

practice:

1. Put tea leaves and ground ginger into a pot and soak them in clean water. After the tea leaves have been soaked, add the same amount of milk as water and heat it.

2. After pouring into the teapot, pour it into the pre-warmed teacup and cut ginger slices about 1~2mm wide to decorate the teacup. It's done.

Rose Milk Tea

Rose hips are the fruit of wild roses. Its vitamin C content is 20 times that of orange and 60 times that of lemon. This rosehip milk tea has the effect of improving liver function. The sour taste and the sweetness of honey make it very delicious.

practice:

Make tea with rosehip tea bags; put 200CC of milk in a pot and warm it, then pour the tea in and heat it again. Turn off the heat before the milk tea boils, and add honey according to personal preference.

Pearl milk tea

Pearl Powder Balls——Shenzhen Pearl Milk Tea Raw Materials

"Pearl Powder Balls" are a kind of snack food that looks crystal clear and resembles black pearls after being cooked, and has high nutritional value. It is not only easy to cook, convenient to transport and has a long shelf life, but also has a smooth, fragrant, chewy and elastic texture. It has its own unique beauty and taste when paired with any snack food or beverage.

Ingredients: cassava starch, water, banana sugar pigment, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, edible flavoring.

Storage Guide: Store in a clean, cool, dry place away from sunlight. Water droplets may appear during storage and transportation due to changes in steam temperature, causing it to turn white. This is not a quality problem. It will turn black after being cooked.

How to eat: Bring 10 times the amount of water to a boil and pour in the tapioca pearls. Stir gently for 1 minute, then turn on the heat and cook for 15 minutes, keep warm for 10 minutes, then turn on the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir once for the last time (within one minute), turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Take out the tapioca pearls and rinse them with tap water to cool them, then rinse them with cold boiled water, then add concentrated sugar water (honey) and stir evenly (the sweetness depends on personal taste, I personally think sweeter ones are better, according to the ratio of 4L of pearls to 700g of sugar), stir again after 5 minutes to make it completely even.

Mint tea

The flower that has the greatest impact on our lives is mint. It is cultivated all over the world. The most representative ones are green mint, peppermint, apple mint, etc.

--The most commonly used scented tea is peppermint. Its pleasant aroma and easy-to-swallow, refreshing smell can help relieve the stressful lives of modern people.

--Mint tea can help digestion and is best consumed after intestinal discomfort or eating too much greasy food

. Peppermint tea is also effective for relieving pain and killing bacteria.

practice:

Pour half of the mint tea into a glass filled with ice and add in Uni-President Barley Milk Tea. You can add honey according to your personal preference.

Step 1: Pour clean water into the pot and light the fire. Pour half of the water into the pot for brewing. For example: If you want to brew 4 cups, boil 2 cups of water.

Step 2: Before the water boils, place the pre-measured tea leaves into the pot. The amount of tea leaves is the same as when brewing black tea, and it should be adjusted according to the number of cups to be brewed.

In addition, when brewing fancy milk tea based on royal milk tea, other ingredients should also be added and brewed together with the tea leaves.

Step 3: After the tea leaves are cooked and have opened, add the same amount of fresh milk as water. That is, if there are 2 cups of water, then 2 cups of fresh milk should also be added. After adding the fresh milk, turn off the heat before it boils.

Close the lid. Soak for about 3 minutes.

Step 4: Filter the tea through a strainer and pour it into a teapot or teacup. Just like brewing pure black tea, you need to warm the teapot and teacup first.
