How to make three cups chicken with soy sauce

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The sauce-flavored three-cup chicken introduced below is very suitable for making.

1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into pieces. You can choose bone-in chicken as the main ingredient according to your personal taste. Since it is for children, choose boneless chicken.

2.1 After marinating the meat, prepare the king oyster mushrooms, cut them into pieces!

3.2 Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes, until the chicken is about one quarter covered.

4.1 Fry until golden brown and remove from the heat. Now the kitchen is filled with the aroma of King Oyster Mushroom, enjoy the process.

5.2 When frying king oyster mushrooms, keep the oil temperature slightly lower than normal cooking temperature. Don’t worry too much about the oil temperature and be careful not to get burned!

6.1 Heat the oil and add the chicken pieces and stir-fry. The oil temperature can be set for daily cooking. For those who do not cook much, it is recommended to keep the oil temperature lower to avoid the chicken getting burnt!

7.2 Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic prepared in advance into pieces of your preference!

8. Stir-fry the chicken until it is half cooked, then add the onion, ginger and garlic. When the chicken turns white, add a spoonful of soybean paste. Soybean paste is the essence of the flavor of this dish. Any soybean paste will do, including Haitian’s.

9. Add star anise, half a bowl of water (beer is also fine), and a spoonful of sugar. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then add the fried king oyster mushrooms and simmer for 2 minutes.

10. When the soup is dried up, sprinkle in chopped green onions, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
