Electric pancake scales are common household kitchen appliances and have a wide range of uses. The most common use is to make pancakes. If the pancakes are too hard, it has nothing to do with the electric pancake scale. The key lies in the method of kneading the dough. You cannot use cold water to knead the dough. If you use cold water, it will often make the pancakes harder. You can use hot water to knead the dough, which is the so-called hot pancakes. This way, the taste will be more fragrant, soft and palatable. How to make soft pancakes with electric baking pan Ingredients: flour, warm water, cooking oil, salt, pepper powder practice: 1. Add warm water to flour and stir until it becomes dough. 2. Add another 10 grams of cooking oil. 3. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. 4. Knead the dough again after it has rested. 5. Roll the dough into a large rectangular piece and evenly spread salt and pepper powder on it. 6. Add clear oil pastry (hot oil soup noodles). 7. Spread the crispy pastry evenly on top. 8. Turn the dough over. 9. Then fold the bottom dough up to make a wide strip. 10.Fold both sides in half again. That's how to fold a quilt. 11. Roll the folded dough into a square pancake. 12. Add a little oil to the pan and put in the dough. 13. After one side is shaped, turn it over and fry for a while, add a little water, cover and simmer until the water is dry. 14. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the pancake is cooked. Method 2 Ingredients: 500g flour, 5g salt, appropriate amount of cold water, 1 handful of chopped green onion, 40ml sesame oil. Method: 1. Add salt to the flour and stir evenly, slowly pour in clean water, stirring while pouring until lumps appear, stop adding water, and rub it vigorously with your hands. If you feel that the dough is dry, use a spoon to add water one spoonful at a time, rub the dough until the surface is smooth and you can feel elasticity when pressing lightly with your fingers, then cover it with a wet cloth and let the sugar ferment for 1 hour; 2. Sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board, take out the sugared dough, and rub it vigorously again for 5 minutes until the dough becomes soft; 3. Roll out the dough to make a pancake about half a centimeter thick; 4. Sprinkle salt on the surface of the pancake, press it lightly with your hands, sprinkle it with chopped green onions and sesame oil, and spread it evenly with your hands; 5. Then gently roll up the pancake with one hand, and slowly pull the pancake outward with the other hand. The purpose is to make the pancake thin and evenly rolled, and finally roll it into a cylindrical shape; 6. After rolling it up, divide it into four even parts, pull up a dough, and gently turn it in opposite directions with both hands to make the chopped green onions inside evenly wrapped, then knead it into a round shape, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round pancake shape, and roll each dough in turn; 7. Put a proper amount of oil in the electric baking pan or frying pan, spread it evenly, and when it is slightly hot, put the pancake in. If it is a frying pan, cover it and slowly fry it over low heat until the bottom turns yellow, then turn it over and fry until both sides of the pancake are golden brown. |
