Rub it into smooth strips with your hands; twist the thick strips in opposite directions, lift both ends and twist them naturally; twist the twisted strips in opposite directions again, lift both ends and twist them up, and stuff one end into the other; arrange on a flat plate, cover with plastic wrap, and place in a warm place for secondary fermentation for 35 minutes; heat the oil in a pan at 150 degrees, add the fried dough twists and let small bubbles appear; turn the fried dough twists over after they float up, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Ingredients: 1.5 cups of plain flour, half a cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of yeast, one egg, a little salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and a little honey.

Method: Heat the milk in a microwave to 30 degrees, dissolve the yeast in the milk, and let it stand for ten minutes. Beat the eggs and mix with the milk. Then pour in the flour and mix well, add all other ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
