How to make Shahefen

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the prawns and leave the tails, remove the squid's internal organs and cut into rings, slice the fish cakes, cut the choy sum into sections, slice the chicken/pork, and slice the carrots.

2. Add cornstarch and water and mix well. Beat the eggs and set aside.

3. Boil a pot of water or broth

4. Add chicken and carrots.

5. Add shrimp, squid and fish cakes, bring to a boil, add salt, soy sauce and pepper to taste, and add sun-dried oil to adjust the color.

6. Pour in cornstarch water to thicken

7. Slowly add the egg juice, stirring as you add.

9. Take out the wok, add a tablespoon of oil, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

10. Add the rice noodles, soy sauce and soy sauce and stir-fry together. Remember to use the highest heat so that the rice noodles will be flavorful.

11. Serve a small plate of rice noodles

12. Pour the soup on top and the smooth and delicious shahefen will be ready.
