How to make pork and cabbage dumplings

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making fresh meat and cabbage dumplings.

1. Wash the cabbage, drain the water, chop it into small pieces, add a little salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes to drain the water out of the cabbage.

2.1 Squeeze the water out of the cabbage and set aside the water. (It can be used when making dumplings, and the nutrients will not be lost at all)

3.2 Chop green onion and ginger

4.1 Add salt, dumpling filling seasoning powder, chopped green onion and ginger, sesame oil to the mixed meat filling, then add chopped cabbage and soy sauce and mix well to make dumpling filling

5.2 Stir the pork in the same direction until it is firm. After the meat filling has tendons, add water in 3-4 portions. Stir thoroughly each time you add water so that the meat filling can fully absorb the water.

6. Use the water that has seeped out of the cabbage to make the dough for making dumplings. If it is not enough, you can add some warm water or cold water. Pour water into the flour gradually, then stir it into a snowflake shape with chopsticks, knead it into a smooth dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

7. After the dough is ready, knead it into a long, even strip and cut it into small, even pieces. Flatten the dough into dumpling wrappers and wrap the fillings.
