Iron is an important nutrient in the human body. If the human body lacks iron, it is very likely to develop symptoms such as iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency anemia can also have a great impact on the baby, and may even directly affect the baby's normal development. If you want to supplement your baby with iron, the best way is to supplement it with food. Below, I recommend some foods that can supplement iron for your baby. 1. Stir-fried pork liver with celery 1. First rinse the liver under tap water for a few minutes, then immerse it in cold water for 30 minutes, then take it out and rinse it repeatedly in clean water. 2. Cut the washed pork liver into 1CM thick slices, put it in a bowl, add a little cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce, and finally add a spoonful of dry starch and marinate for ten minutes. 3. Remove the roots and leaves of the tender celery, cut it diagonally into 3 cm long segments, blanch it in boiling water, remove it, rinse it with cold water, drain it and set aside. 4. Heat the pan, add oil, heat over high heat, add pork liver and stir-fry, then add celery segments and continue to stir-fry until cooked and then serve. Tips: One-year-old babies should eat less salt as much as possible. Light soy sauce and dark soy sauce have been added when marinating the pork liver, so do not add salt when frying it. 2. Liver Custard 1. Cut the pork liver into slices, put it in clean water and wash it gently with your hands. Then take it out and place it in a plastic or metal colander, and rinse it repeatedly under the tap. 2. Put the washed pork liver into boiling water and blanch it (in order to kill the parasite eggs or bacteria remaining in the liver, the blanching time cannot be too short, the liver should turn completely gray-brown and no blood should be visible), take it out, chop it into liver mince and put it in a bowl. 3. Crack the eggs into the bowl, add chopped green onion, fine salt and a small amount of water, mix well, steam in the steamer, and add sesame oil. 3. Tomato Duck Blood Noodles 1. Pour fresh duck blood into boiling water, add a few shredded ginger, cook the duck blood until it is 80% cooked and all solidified, pick it up and cut it into small dices. 2. Boil water, put the washed tomatoes into boiling water and cook until the skin is broken, peel and chop. 3. Put a small amount of oil in a hot pan, sauté the scallion and ginger slices, pour in the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out, add appropriate amount of water and cook until slightly boiling, then add the noodles and cook. 4. Add the chopped duck blood to the tomato noodle soup, stir evenly, and simmer over low heat for about one or two minutes. After turning off the heat, you can simmer it in the residual heat for a while before taking it out. Tips: When cooking duck blood, it does not need to be fully cooked, as long as it is completely coagulated. Add some shredded ginger to remove the fishy smell. If duck blood is not available, pig blood or other animal blood can be used. The coarseness or fineness can be determined based on the baby's chewing ability. If the baby's chewing ability is weak, you can chop it directly. |
