How to make sugar cake

To make a good dish is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Just prepare the ingredients and tableware, control the heat, and then follow the steps below for making leavened sugar cakes. I believe you can do it.

1. Dissolve yeast in water, add flour and knead into a very soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

2. Prepare the brown sugar filling while the dough is rising. Generally, the ratio of brown sugar to flour I use is 3:1. The brown sugar filling prepared in this way will not leak brown sugar liquid and will not be dry when the pancake is baked. (This time I put some leftover white sugar in the brown sugar filling, so I didn’t want to waste it, so there are some small white sugar cubes)

3. Knead the dough evenly, roll it into long strips, and cut it into even-sized pieces.

4. Take a portion and flatten it into a thin dough with thick center.

5. Wrap the brown sugar filling like a bun, close the top downwards, and flatten it.

6. Let the sugar rise at room temperature for 10 minutes, brush a little water on the cake and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Rub a little oil in the electric baking pan, turn on the upper and lower fire, put the bran cake in, cover and bake until both sides are golden brown.

It is not difficult to make leavened sugar cakes, as you can see from the steps above. Now, you can go to the kitchen and try it. Only after you put in the effort will you discover how delicious this dish is.
