11. Add 20 grams of butter to the sieved date paste, heat it in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the butter, then mix well to make the date paste filling.

12. After preparing the jujube paste filling, take a small dough and roll it into a long and thin shape. The thinner the better.

13. Roll it into a long thin sheet, and evenly spread a layer of jujube paste in the middle with a flat spoon, leaving an edge to prevent the jujube paste from leaking out after rolling it up.

14. Roll it up carefully and tightly.

15. After rolling them one by one, place them neatly on the baking tray and ferment them again at room temperature. When the dough expands and becomes fat, brush the surface with egg liquid.
