9. While the cake is baking, cook a syrup. The following syrup ingredients are not listed in the ingredients list, so prepare them separately: 60 ml water, 50 g fine sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice, cook until all the sugar is dissolved

10. After the cake comes out of the oven, brush it evenly with syrup, brush it over and over again, and the cake will absorb the syrup. Then set the cake aside and wait for it to cool completely before slicing and eating.

11. Use a serrated knife to slice the slices more smoothly. For the uneaten part, wrap it in plastic wrap or a fresh-keeping bag. It can be kept at room temperature for three or four days without any problem. It can be kept in the refrigerator for more than a week. The flavor will get better with time.
