Wherever I go, as long as there is a place to cook, I will go to the market to buy udon noodles, beef and other ingredients to cook the delicious food of my hometown. A small piece of beef, udon noodles, half a cucumber, half a tomato, shallots

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, abalone sauce, sesame oil

Production steps

1 Boil the udon noodles, rinse with cold water, and drain.

2 Cut the beef into strips and marinate with salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oil for 5 minutes. Cut the cucumber into strips, cut the tomato into strips, cut the shallot into roots and crush them.

3 Heat the pan with oil, pour in the shredded beef and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside

4 Continue to pour in cucumber and tomato, stir fry for a few times and set aside

5 Add oil and sauté shallots. Add udon noodles and stir gently to dry out the moisture. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce for seasoning and a little bit of dark soy sauce for even coloring. Add a little oyster sauce and abalone sauce and stir-fry evenly. Pour in beef and continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute. Finally, pour in shredded cucumber and tomato and stir-fry for about half a minute. Add a few drops of sesame oil to make it more fragrant.
