Cumin Lamb Kebabs (Oven Version)

1. Prepare the cleaned lamb leg

2. Cut the mutton into small pieces, put them together with chopped green onions, and soak them in clean water for half an hour to soak out the blood!

3. Wash the soaked mutton several times, control the water and add salt and barbecue ingredients.

4. Mix well and marinate for one hour!

5. Use bamboo sticks to string the marinated lamb together!

6. Cover the baking tray with tin foil and place the skewered lamb one front and one back! Break off the extra bamboo sticks and brush them with oil.

7. Preheat the oven to 210° for five minutes and bake on the middle layer for twenty minutes. Turn once in the middle!

8. After 20 minutes, sprinkle cumin powder on the pan and turn it over.

9. It’s time to eat. It’s equally delicious whether you eat it plain or wrapped in lettuce!

In the preparation of cumin lamb skewers (oven version), there is no need for various fancy methods, only simple operations are needed. The pan-frying speed is very fast, and the stir-frying makes it more fragrant and fully awakens the taste buds.
