Vietnamese-style lemongrass grilled chicken rolls

Every time you visit friends or colleagues’ homes, you’ll find that they all have one or two specialties. But every time it was my turn, I was always short of money. 1.1 Use a knife to remove the bones and set aside.

2.2 Remove the hair from the chicken legs, wash and drain.

7. Place the chicken thighs coated with barbecue sauce in a bowl and soak both sides with the prepared fish sauce and lemon juice.

8. Pour the seasoned chicken legs and remaining ingredients into a plastic bag, add a few cloves of garlic, and refrigerate overnight. When you have time, take out the Vietnamese-style lemongrass grilled chicken and roll it up to help it absorb the flavor.

9. Take a piece of tin foil and spread the chicken legs that have been marinated overnight on the tin foil, with the skin side facing down.

10. Grind a pinch of sea salt.

11. Use the remaining barbecue sauce to continue coating both sides of the chicken thighs.

12. Take a small portion of the barbecue ingredients, add a little lemon juice, brandy and honey and stir to make barbecue sauce.

13. Brush the sauce on the chicken every 5 minutes.

14. Roll up the chicken carefully.

15. Wrap the rolled chicken with tin foil and twist the two sides like twisting candy so that the juice will leak out when it is fried. Line a baking tray with tin foil, place the rolled chicken rolls on the baking tray, and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

16. Take out a few circles, open them carefully, and brush them with sauce. Continue for 15 minutes.

17. Take out and brush with sauce again. Heat for 10 minutes.

18. If you like coloring the surface, you can remove the tin foil and heat it in the oven to color it. Finally, cut into pieces and serve.
