French baked scallops recipe

1. Chop carrots, onions and garlic and set aside

2. Heat butter in a pan

3. Saute carrots, onions and minced garlic

4. Sprinkle flour in batches and stir-fry

5. Pour water and mix the flour, then add fresh cream and stir until thick.

6. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

7. Thawing frozen scallops naturally

8. Rinse with water and separate the scallop meat from the shell.

9. Boil the scallops in boiling water for 10 seconds and set aside

10. Prepare a baking tray and arrange the scallops. Put the blanched scallop meat back into the scallop shells.

11. Put the fried white sauce on the scallops and sprinkle with cheese shreds

12. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes
