How to make tea tree mushroom stewed tofu

15. Add tofu, water, soy sauce and sugar for seasoning, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.

16. Open the lid, add green and red peppers, and stir well.

17. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens and serve.
