How to season noodles at home

1. You can make fried vegetable noodles. The specific method and ingredients are: 100 grams of noodles, 1 egg, 10 grams of cabbage, 2 garlic cloves, 20 grams of pork, and 1 dried chili.

2. Specific method of stir-fried vegetable noodles:

1. Put the noodles in boiling water and cook until they are 80% cooked. Pour a little oil on the noodles and stir while blowing towards them with an electric fan. This is to prevent the noodles from sticking together and to make them separate after they cool.

10ml balsamic vinegar, 5g sugar, 5ml dark soy sauce, 3g salt, 100ml water, 3g chicken essence, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 100g noodles.

1. Mix balsamic vinegar, sugar, dark soy sauce, salt, water and chicken essence into sauce and set aside.

2. After the noodles are cooked, add some of your favorite vegetables and rinse with cold water.

3. Heat the oil until it is hot, just when it is about to smoke, add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the prepared sauce, don’t use too high a heat, otherwise the sugar may burn.

5. When the juice starts to bubble, add the cooked noodles and stir-fry evenly.
