How to make pork ribs stewed with tomato and loofah

Friends are made through getting along with each other, and in the process of becoming friends, visiting each other’s homes is naturally inevitable. Of course, you don’t have to worry, because today I will teach you all the techniques on how to make tomato, loofah and pork ribs dish.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients

2. Wash the ribs with water first, blanch them in boiling water for one minute, remove the blood and impurities, then wash them with cold water and drain them (the ribs are usually cut when you buy them at the market)

3. Dice tomatoes

4. Cut the loofah with a rolling knife

5. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices to fry until fragrant

6. Add the ribs and stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the surface is slightly yellow, about three or four minutes

8. Pour in the cut loofah and fry for half a minute

9. Pour a bowl of water

10. Pour in cooking wine

11. Add salt

12. Add soy sauce

13. Add sugar

14. Add black pepper

15. Stir well and cover the pot with a lid and cook over high heat for six or seven minutes.

16. Open the lid, add tomatoes, and cook over high heat until the juice is reduced.

17. Add some chicken essence before serving
