How to cook edamame and eggplant

It is true that being able to eat is a blessing, because eating is directly related to our health. Eat well and you will be healthy. If you eat out all the year round, you must not eat well and naturally you are unhealthy. So in order to change all this, you now need to learn from me how to make edamame and eggplant.

1. Cut the eggplant into pieces.

2.1 Chop tomatoes and mince garlic

3.2 Microwave on high for 3 minutes to soften.

4.1 Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the minced garlic.

5.2 Mix two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of tomato sauce, and appropriate amounts of salt and chicken essence into a bowl of sauce and set aside.

6. Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out, then add boiling water and bring to a boil.

7. Pour the juice into the bowl.

8. Add edamame and eggplant, simmer for 7-8 minutes until the juice is almost reduced.

Edamame and eggplant are the most tempting for those who are not married yet. Therefore, if you can learn it as soon as possible, not only can you enjoy a different kind of delicious food, but you can also solve your lifelong issue.
