1. Wash and dry the chestnuts, fry them in a pan, and remove the shells.

2. Soak the mushrooms, wash and cut into cross-shaped pieces

3. Slice ginger

4. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, wash them, put them into boiling water, add a little salt, blanch them for about 3 minutes, and remove them from the water until they are cooked.

5. Wash the chicken, apply salt evenly and marinate for a while

6. Add water to the pot, put in the chicken, ginger, cooking wine, simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes and remove

7. Drain the soup and cut into pieces

8. Place mushrooms and chestnuts at the bottom of the bowl, add chicken pieces, drizzle with oyster sauce, chili oil, and soy sauce, and steam in a steamer over medium-low heat for about 1 hour.

9. Turn the dish upside down and place the broccoli on top.
