Tear the cauliflower into small pieces by hand, soak it in light salt water for more than ten minutes, rinse it and set aside. 2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside. 3. Pour clean water into the pot, blanch the cauliflower for two minutes after the water boils, remove it and set aside. 4. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, add the tomato pieces after the oil is hot and stir-fry until soft, add a little salt, sugar, vinegar, and tomato sauce and stir-fry until it becomes a tomato sauce paste. 5. Add the blanched cauliflower and stir-fry for two minutes. Dry Pot Cauliflower Ingredients: cauliflower, enoki mushrooms, mushrooms, green and red peppers, bean paste, Lao Gan Ma black bean sauce, dried chili segments, peppercorns, ginger slices, garlic slices, scallion segments, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, sugar. Method: 1. Use a knife to peel the cauliflower into small florets, rinse them with clean water, and blanch them for later use. 2. Wash and slice the mushrooms, wash the enoki mushrooms, wash and cut the green and red peppers into small pieces, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the green onions into small pieces for later use. 3. Add oil to the wok. When the oil is warm, add dried chili segments, peppercorns, ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the bean paste, Lao Gan Ma black bean sauce and scallions and stir-fry until fragrant. 4. Pour in the cauliflower and stir well, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir well, then add green and red peppers. 5. Add enoki mushrooms and button mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushrooms are cooked, then add appropriate amount of chicken powder to season. 6.
