How to make seafood platter

How to make seafood platter

1. Prepare the ingredients: a small amount of clams, 2 crabs, half a squid, and some prawns.

2. Auxiliary ingredients: salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, garlic cloves, onions, and chili peppers.

3. Wash all seafood, ginger, garlic and onions, cut the ginger into slices, and cut the onions into small pieces for later use.

4. Cut the opened crab into two halves and cut the squid into strips. Then place all the seafood on a plate and add ginger slices and garlic.

5. Sprinkle appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, and sugar into the plate in turn, then pour in a little vinegar, light soy sauce, and cooking wine (you can change and adjust according to your personal taste).

6. Add the chopped onions and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes.

Generally, no chili is added to seafood. If you like spicy food, you can add some Lao Gan Ma. But I think if you want to enjoy the freshness of seafood, you don’t want to add chili.
