1. Vegetarian Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients: 4 slices of toast, 2 slices of lettuce, 2 slices of cheese, 1 pickle, 1 egg, ketchup, Thousand Island dressing, and water.

Method: Wash the eggs and put them into a pot, pour in water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 8 minutes. Take out and let cool naturally. Slice the pickles, wash and drain the lettuce, and cut the boiled eggs into thin slices. Put the toast into the bread machine, press the switch, wait for it to pop up automatically, then take it out, cut off the four sides of the toast, and spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing on it. Then put a layer of ketchup, a piece of lettuce, a slice of cheese, and a layer of egg slices. Then add a layer of pickle slices. Finally, add a layer of toast. Once secured with toothpicks, cut the sandwich diagonally.

2. Mini Fruit Sandwiches

Ingredients: 4 slices of toast, 1 kiwi, 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam, 1 spoon of jam.

Cut off the hard edges of the toast slices. Take 1 slice of toast and spread it with strawberry jam and cover the toast. Place kiwi slices on toast. Cover with another slice of toast, spread pineapple jam on the toast, then cover the top with the last slice of toast, and then cut into small triangles.

3. Salad Sandwich

Use 2 to 3 slices of sandwich bread, slice cucumbers and tomatoes, and scramble an egg. Put the scrambled eggs, cucumbers, and tomatoes on the bread slices. Pour salad dressing on top and put another slice of bread on top. It's done. It will never take more than 10 minutes.

4. Sweet glutinous corn

Microwave corn kernels on high heat for 3 minutes and set aside. Add 30 grams of water starch (starch) to cold milk, mix well and heat in a non-stick pan, stirring while heating to make fried milk. Then add cooked corn kernels and appropriate amount of sugar. It takes 7 minutes. If you don’t have time to eat it at home, you can use a disposable cup and eat it in the car.

5. Colorful fried rice

100 grams of vegetables, cook in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes until crispy. Heat yesterday's cold rice with oil, add the cooked vegetables and season. You can also add diced chicken, diced meat, and diced ham. It only takes 5 minutes, and if you add two more minutes to make it into a rice ball, it will be convenient to take it with you on the road.
