2. Cut the lean meat into strips, put it in a bowl and season it with salt, cooking wine, a little pepper and chicken essence. Stir well and let marinate

5. After stirring evenly, it is ready to be put into the pot! Heat the pan and pour in 1.5 fingers worth of cooking oil. Do not pour too little oil. After the oil is heated, turn the heat to medium-high (if you don't know how to control the heat, you can turn it to medium), use chopsticks to put the crispy meat into the oil pan and fry it.

6. When the crispy meat is fried and set, keep turning it over to make it evenly heated. When the surface is golden brown, it is ready to be served.
