How to make carrot soup

People cannot live without food from the moment they are born. There are many things we need to eat throughout our lives, and diet is closely related to our physical and mental health. 1. Wash the pig bones.

2.1 Put it into the pressure cooker.

3.2 Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes and remove from the water.

4.121 Wash the radish and cut it into thick slices. Prepare ginger, peppercorns, Pixian bean paste, dark soy sauce, and green onions.

5.212 Add some vinegar, ginger, bay leaves, cinnamon, and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.

6. Take another pan, heat the oil, turn to low heat, add the peppercorns and ginger slices and fry until fragrant.

7. Add Pixian bean paste and cooking wine.

8. Add soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry on low heat for 3 minutes.

9. Add some salt, stir well, turn off the heat and set aside.

10. Pour the bones and soup in the pressure cooker into the casserole.

11. Add radish.

12. Add scallion knots, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

13. Add the fried Pixian bean paste into the pan.

14. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and add some pepper.

15. Add some chopped green onions and chicken essence.
