How to make Spiral Noodles with Sauce Pork and Asparagus

1. Put flour and a little salt in a bowl, slowly add water and stir with chopsticks until it becomes snowflakes.

3. Divide the dough into small pieces

7. Bring water to a boil, add the spiral noodles and cook until they float up. Remove from the pan.

9. Now cut the marinated meat into slices and cut the asparagus into small pieces.

10. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water and set aside

11. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions until fragrant. Add the marinated meat and fry until slightly yellow.

12. Add asparagus and stir-fry

13. Pour in the spiral noodles and stir fry for a few times

14. Add cooking wine and June fresh soy sauce

15. Stir-fry for a few times and add chicken essence and chopped green onions!
