The easiest way to make whipped cream

Many people like to eat cream, but they don’t know how to make it, so they can only buy it in supermarkets and dessert shops. In fact, we can make delicious cream through some simple methods. It is not only clean and hygienic, but also convenient and quick, and can satisfy our curiosity. When making cream, you must pay attention to the safety of the ingredients and avoid expired food. So, what is the simplest way to make whipped cream?

Method 1:

Dissolve the gelatin with cold water, then heat over low heat and stir constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 2-3 minutes). After it cools down, you can add the cream and whip it. Add the melted gelatin while whipping the cream. Be careful not to let it cool for too long, or it will become hard to use.

The ratio is about this: 2 cups of cream: soak 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water, and then we can enjoy the whipped cream.

Method 2:

Generally, beat two cups of fresh cream and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of cream cheese, not more than 1/2 cup (half a cup). First take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator and let it soften. It will be easier to blend with the fresh cream when it is soft. Refrigerate after beating, and it tastes better if you eat it overnight. Because cream cheese has a sour taste, it is less sour after being refrigerated overnight. It tastes very good with the taste of fresh cream. :)

Method 3:

Use commercially available cream stabilizer. Adding stabilizer to liquid cream while whipping it can help the cream remain firm. Although the setting effect of adding stabilizer to animal cream is not as good as using vegetable cream directly, there is still significant improvement. However, this stabilizer is not widely available and may not be available in some places.

Method 4:

Cake decorations are a stable recipe made by whipping animal cream and pudding combination. I have made it many times without fail, it is relatively resistant to high temperatures, and using different flavor combinations allows for more variations.
