Healthy dessert soup is a kind of healthy food that many young people like, mainly because healthy dessert soup not only has health effects, but also can satisfy people's appetite. Today I would like to recommend several dessert soups that can maintain your health.

1. Tremella and Pear Soup

Tremella fuciformis is known as the "king of fungi". It is mild in nature, sweet, light and non-toxic. It is not only a precious nutritional supplement, but also a tonic for strengthening the body. As white food, Tremella fuciformis is more warm in nature and more suitable for people with cold body or poor stomach than snow pear. It also has the effect of invigorating qi and clearing the intestines. Of course, it can also be stewed with pears to make Tremella and Pear Soup.

Ingredients: soaked white fungus, a fresh pear, rock sugar, fruit smoothie machine, water, wolfberry, walnuts, etc. (you can mix them yourself).

Preparation method: Put white fungus into a container; cut the pear into small pieces and put it into the container; put a large piece of rock sugar into the container; add water into the container; use a fruit blender until it is broken into pieces; pour into the prepared heating pot, and add a little soaked white fungus, so that there is visible white fungus in the soup, which is more chewy; bring to a boil over high heat first, then simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes; add cooked wolfberry, walnuts, peanuts, etc. to make it more delicious.

2. Hawthorn lotus root slices

Hawthorn lotus root slices are a sweet and sour appetizer dessert with the flavor of hawthorn and the crisp feeling of fresh lotus root that is unforgettable. Lotus root has high nutritional value and is rich in trace elements such as iron and calcium. It is also rich in plant protein, vitamins and starch. It has obvious effects of replenishing qi and blood and enhancing human immunity.

3. Red bean and walnut paste

Walnut kernels have the functions of relieving qi and replenishing blood, relieving cough and reducing phlegm, moistening the lungs and nourishing the kidneys, and preventing premature graying and loss of hair. Walnut kernels are rich in high-quality protein, which is the most basic nutrient for maintaining life activities. The phospholipids it contains can increase cell activity and play an important role in maintaining brain nerve function, delicate skin, and promoting hair growth. The various unsaturated fatty acids (including linoleic acid) it contains can lower cholesterol and are very beneficial for preventing arteriosclerosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, etc.

Ingredients: 100 grams of red kidney beans (or adzuki beans), 20 grams of walnuts.

Method: Wash the red beans in advance and soak them in clean water for more than 4 hours. Put the red beans and the water used to soak them into the pot, then add an appropriate amount of water, a ratio of 2:1 between water and red beans. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook until the red beans are soft. Put the cooked red beans and walnut kernels into a blender and blend into a paste.
