How to make pork and cabbage dumplings

1. Add yeast into the dough.

9. When the flour has doubled in size, add alkaline water and knead it evenly.

10.Cut the flour into small pieces and knead it with sugar.

11. Then roll it into a skin that is thin on both sides and thick in the middle.

12. Mix the filling and put it in the middle of the skin.

13. Hold the leather with your left hand and pinch the edge of the leather with your right hand to close it.

14. The buns are done, icing them with sugar for fifteen minutes.

15. Pour one third of boiling water into the steamer, cover with a white cloth, put the buns on it, cover with a lid and steam over high heat for 25 minutes.
