Nutritional porridge recipe for one-year-old babies

The digestive ability of a one-year-old baby is relatively weak, so we should not add too much complementary food to the baby. We can give the baby some porridge or soup. It is better to choose vegetable porridge. Vegetable porridge can promote the baby's gastrointestinal digestion, replenish vitamins, and help the baby wean. Supplementary food can be added appropriately to gradually reduce the baby's milk feeding amount.

1. Banana and vegetable puree porridge

Ingredients: some millet, 1 broccoli, half a banana

Method: 1. Boil banana cubes and millet together. 2. Blanch broccoli to remove pesticides and chop. 3. Pour the mashed broccoli into the banana millet porridge.

2. Milk and egg yolk rice soup porridge

Ingredients: a small bowl of rice, an egg, some milk powder

Method: 1. Soak the rice in cold water until soft, then cook it into porridge. 2. Take an egg and steam it in an egg steamer. 3. After the egg is steamed, take out the egg yolk and mash it into a paste (children under 1 year old should not eat egg whites). 4. After the milk powder is brewed, mix the egg yolk paste and rice porridge evenly.

3. Purple Sweet Potato and Purple Rice Porridge

Ingredients: 1 purple sweet potato, 2 portions of rice, 1.5 portions of millet, 0.5 portion of black rice (unit: 1 portion is approximately 1 spoon of milk powder). When adding complementary foods to your baby for the first time, they should be added one by one. If you have not tried the above foods, you cannot add them all at once. Therefore, this baby porridge is suitable for babies in the second stage of complementary food.

Method: 1. Wash rice, millet and black rice with clean water 2. Peel the purple sweet potato (soak it in water immediately after peeling it, otherwise it will turn black) 3. Dice the purple sweet potato, mix it with the three kinds of rice, and cook it in a pot until the porridge becomes thick (depending on the baby's chewing ability) 4. Take out and serve in a bowl.

4. Yam and carrot porridge

Ingredients: 1 portion each of rice and millet, 1 portion of yam, 1 portion of carrot (unit: 1 portion is about 1 scoop of milk powder)

Method: 1. Wash rice and millet 2. Peel and slice yam 3. Cook yam, rice and millet together 4. Peel carrots and mash them 5. Add yam, rice and millet and cook together

5. Carrot and cod congee

Ingredients: 1. Steam the cod and carrots separately and mash them into paste

2. Wash the rice and cook it into porridge. 3. The carrot and cod porridge is ready.

6. Double rice and red dates porridge

Ingredients: some red dates, some rice and millet. Method: 1. Remove the core of the red dates and steam them. 2. Boil the large and small rice into porridge (for babies aged 4-6 months, filter out the juice from the large and small rice and use the rice juice instead of porridge). 3. Pour the date paste into the porridge.

7. Sesame, walnut and red date porridge

Ingredients: 2 portions of rice and millet, 1 walnut kernel, 1 portion of sesame seeds, 2 dates (unit: 1 portion is about 1 scoop of milk powder)

Method: 1. Wash the rice and rice thoroughly. 2. Remove the core of the dates and cook them together with the rice. 3. Grind the walnut kernels into powder. 4. Use a blender to blend the sesame seeds into a paste. 5. When the porridge is cooked, add the sesame paste and walnut powder. 6. Cook for another 2 minutes.
