How to make hairy crab fried rice cake

1. Wash the peppers and chop the onions, ginger and garlic.

2. Set aside 1 tablespoon of flour and rice cake.

10. Add the hairy crab, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, half a tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

11. Pour boiling water until it covers the crabs halfway.

12. After the water boils, put the rice cake in.

13. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

14. When the soup becomes thick, add the shredded carrots and stir-fry evenly, then add a little chicken essence and chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly.
