Vietnamese beef tenderloin recipe

6. Add the remaining oil to the king oyster mushroom slices and stir-fry (if the oil is not enough, you can add some more oil)

7. Stir-fry until the king oyster mushrooms become soft and water is released

8. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a small amount of sugar and oyster sauce and stir fry to season

9. Add beef tenderloin cubes and stir fry evenly before serving

10. Sprinkle black pepper on the pot.
