1. Peeling chestnuts: As shown in the picture, use a knife to cut a slit in the chestnut (about halfway). Put the chopped chestnuts into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Pour the cooked chestnuts into a colander to drain the water and let them cool.

2.1 Soak the peeled chestnut meat in appropriate amount of boiling water for a while.

4. After the boiling water has cooled to a warm state, put the chestnut meat and juice into a blender and blend into a paste. Pour the chestnut puree from the juicer into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of rock sugar and mix well.

5. Heat to boil on induction cooker, turn off heat and let cool.

6. Wash and dry the glass bottle, put the chestnut paste into the bottle, seal it with a lid after it has cooled thoroughly, and put it in the refrigerator.
