Ping Pong Egg Fried Rice Recipe

1. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, add 1 to 2 spoons of water starch to each and mix well.

2. Heat a little oil in a pan, then spread the egg whites and yolks into large round slices.

3. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, set aside a little rice to make ping-pong balls, and add the rest to soy sauce and stir-fry until colored.

4. Put the fried rice into a large plate and press it into a racket shape, as shown in the picture.

5. Use scissors to cut the egg yolk into racket-sized shapes.

6.Drape it over the racket. Leave a little extra at the handle end.

7. Use a piping tip or a beverage tube to press the egg whites into several small discs.

8. Arrange the small discs on the racket.
