15. Cover the pot and heat over medium-low heat until the water in the pot is dried up.

16. Chop the chives and coriander, add a small amount of salt and soy sauce, and then add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar and chili oil to make a delicious hot and sour dipping sauce. Pair it with delicious pan-fried dumplings and eat it while hot. It is so delicious!
