How to make fresh meat corn buns

1. Prepare 500g of flour, add appropriate amount of yeast and sugar, slowly add water and stir into snowflake shape (since I am not a professional bun maker, I use a small spoon to measure the yeast each time)

3. Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rise until it doubles in size. I usually wake up for 1.5-2 hours

4. After the dough has risen, roll it into strips, and then divide it into small pieces of equal size. Use a rolling pin to roll it into round pieces with thin edges and thick middle.

6. Chop the pork into small pieces. Add a clove of garlic and a small piece of ginger when shredding the pork. Chop the pork into a paste.

7. Shell the corn, wash it and mix it with the pork.

8. Add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for a while

9. After the dough has risen, roll it into strips, and then divide it into equal portions. Use a rolling pin to roll it into round pieces with thin edges and thick middles.

11. Pinch the buns again (I was doing it alone so I couldn’t take a photo of the process)

12. After wrapping the buns, let them rest for 30 minutes

13. After the water in the steamer boils, put the wrapped buns in and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

14. Done.
