How to cook cod stew

I believe that many people in life like the dish of stewed cod. The steps in the cooking process seem simple, but every detail should be taken seriously. You can add fresh orange peel, appropriate amount of brown sugar, and ginger. It is also a recipe that can relieve diseases. Friends can try it in the kitchen themselves!

1. Wash the cod, cut it into small pieces and put it into a container. Add a little salt and appropriate amount of cooking wine and marinate for about fifteen minutes.

2. Cut the green onion into sections, cut the ginger and garlic into small slices, and beat the eggs and set aside.

3. Coat the marinated cod with egg liquid.

4. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 80% to 90% hot, add the cod and fry over medium-low heat.

5. Fry the cod pieces until the surface is golden brown, then remove from the oil.

6. Heat a proper amount of oil in another pot until it is 50% hot, then add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and star anise.

8. Add the cod pieces and stir-fry until colored.

9. Add appropriate amount of water to cover the ingredients in the pot.

10. After boiling over high heat, add appropriate amount of table salt and simmer over medium-low heat.

11. Turn off the heat when the soup in the pot becomes thick.
