5. Choose according to your own dosage and make it according to your personal taste. I tried using 100g of Artemisia selengensis, but because the taste was too strong and I didn’t like it, I added an egg. And 25g of milk. Because of its high water content, more glutinous rice flour is used and the taste of wormwood is lighter. hehe. I suggest that the mugwort taste is lighter or better.

6. Mix glutinous rice flour, wormwood, eggs, and sugar (add according to your taste. I personally recommend putting a little less. If it’s not sweet enough, you can sprinkle some sugar on the surface without affecting the taste) and knead the dough with your hands. Just mix it until the surface becomes shiny and fiery. If you put too much glutinous rice flour and it is too dry, add milk to adjust it. Because it is made of glutinous rice flour, it will be a bit sticky.

7. Use your hands to pinch the bottom, roll it into a round shape and press it into a thin pancake. Fry in a pan at low temperature until the pancake expands and bulges. (The oil temperature is too high, otherwise the cake will become mushy)
