How to make goldfish buns

People's life is long and they face many diseases. When people get sick, they usually need medication. 1.1 Add flour to the soup with warm water and a little sugar and knead it into a smooth dough for about ten minutes. (If a small amount of lard is added, the dough will be smooth and delicate)

2.2 Take out the tangzhong and tear it into small pieces for later use.

3.1 Take out the fermented dough, exhaust it on a panel sprinkled with a little dry powder, knead it into a smooth dough again, and then knead it into small long strips. (If you want to make steamed buns without bubbles on the surface, try to remove the bubbles in the dough in this step)

4.2 Cover with lid and let ferment until it doubles in size.

5. Dip the mold in flour and press a small piece of dough into it. After taking it out, do some adjustment.

6. Soak the red dates in warm water.

7. Remove the pits and cut them into circles and long triangles with scissors. Dip them in water and use them as pastry decorations.

8. Cover the cut steamed bun dough with a cloth on the steaming rack, or place it on a steaming rack coated with a thin layer of oil, and let it ferment for half an hour.

9. Pour into a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over high heat then switch to medium heat and steam for about 5 minutes. The steaming time can be increased or decreased according to the size of the steamed buns. (I added cold water to the pot during the second fermentation, and steamed it directly after fermentation)

No matter what you do, you need to work hard to improve your skills, and the same is true for cooking.
