How to make double pepper pickled fish

Many office workers choose to eat out for three meals a day. After all, they are tired from work and it is not easy to cook for themselves. In fact, the method of making double pepper pickled fish is very simple, and this dish is rich in nutrition. Office workers can eat delicious food as long as they overcome a little difficulty, and at the same time they can live a healthier life.

1. Prepare 1.5 kg to 2 kg of chopped silver carp, a large piece of pickled ginger, 2 large pieces of pickled green vegetables, 5 pickled red peppers, a large piece of old ginger, a clove of garlic (the amount of a whole white garlic), a scallion, 2 stalks of celery, and a handful of green peppercorns for later use.

2. Buy a bag of fish seasoning in the supermarket and prepare seasonings such as bean paste, cooking wine, starch, eggs, etc.

3. Wash the raw fish, add marinade, appropriate amount of starch, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and an egg (just a whole egg, simple and rough), mix and marinate for 20 minutes for later use.

4. Cut the kimchi into pieces, chop the green onion and celery into pieces (there is no picture of celery as I forgot to buy it), and pound the garlic and ginger and set aside.

5. Heat the oil in a pan to 80% heat. Add the kimchi, ginger, garlic, green pepper, onion, celery, sauce in the seasoning packet, and a small amount of sugar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. After the water boils, you can try the taste. If it lacks salt, you can add more salt or bean paste.

6. After the water boils, add the fish head and fish bones and cook for 5 minutes, then add the fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes. The fish was almost cooked.

7. In another pot, add a small amount of rapeseed oil. When it is 80% hot, add the oil packet in the fish seasoning, cook for 10 seconds, and turn off the heat.

8. Pour the chili oil on the cooked fish and sprinkle the chopped coriander on top. Let’s get started!

When making the dish of double pepper pickled fish, you must pay attention to the heat, otherwise the dish will be burnt and affect the taste, and the visual effect will also be bad.
