1 pound of flour and 2 grams of baking soda. , sesame paste, a little fennel powder, a little pepper powder, a little salt, a little sugar, white sesame seeds, water, and cooking oil.

Specific steps:

1. Add baking soda to the flour, mix it with water and let it rest for 5 minutes. (Note that the dough should be soft and moist. Do not cover it when it is resting)

2. Add fennel powder and pepper powder to sesame paste, then stir evenly with oil (be careful not to use water)

4. After rolling, pinch the dough into small pieces, pinch the two sides of the pieces together and flatten them.

5. Pour a bowl of water and add a little sugar, spread the sugar water on the surface of our semi-finished product and then sprinkle with sesame seeds (this will ensure that the sesame seeds will not fall off!)

6. Now, take out your precious frying pan! Put the pancake in, fry for 4 minutes, then turn it over and fry for another 4 minutes (the pan should be covered at this time!)
