1. Weigh the ingredients, put the condensed milk, sugar and milk in a clean container, stir evenly, and heat over water until the sugar melts.

2. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

3. Beat the eggs with a hand whisk and set aside.

4. While we are waiting for the milk mixture to cool, scald the pudding bottle and bottle cap with boiling water for high temperature sterilization.

5. Take out the pudding bottle that has been sterilized at high temperature, turn it upside down to drain the water and set aside.

6. Pour the egg liquid into the cooled milk mixture and stir well.

7. In order to make the condensed milk pudding taste smoother, we need to filter the milk and egg mixture through a sieve.

8. Pour the sifted milk and egg mixture into the sterilized pudding bottle.

9. Put it in the baking tray and inject appropriate amount of water into the baking tray, it is better not to overflow.

10. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for five minutes, put the baking tray in and bake for 35-40 minutes.
